Leadership and Program Support Levels:
The Alaska Forum on the Environment is in part a success because of the diverse support we receive from Alaska’s businesses, organizations, and government agencies. Of course this support extends far beyond financial support to include input and planning of the event.
Organizations interested in taking a leadership role in the Alaska Forum’s mission to “promote a healthy environment through communication and education” are provided several options:
Platinum Partners
Platinum level supporters have been the backbone of our event for the last seven years. Platinum level partners show their leadership support for by providing:
- Financial support in the amount $15,000
- Providing staff input into the planning and development of the event
Gold
Gold level partners show their leadership support for by providing:
- Financial support in the amount $5,000
- Providing staff input into the planning and development of the event
Silver
Silver level partners show their leadership support for by providing:
- Financial support in the amount $2,500
- Providing staff input into the planning and development of the event
Contributing
Contributing partners, show their leadership support for by providing financial support in the amount $1,000 or by providing staff input into the planning and development of the event.
Specific Support Opportunities:
In addition to Basic Program Support options, the Alaska Forum on the Environment provides specific support opportunities accommodating any size organization and providing Alaska’s best marketing opportunity for organizations involved in the environment.
Keynote Speaker
The Alaska Forum on the Environment has been a success partly because of the “high-caliber” speakers we bring to our keynote events. There will be six keynote events with support opportunities ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 each, which includes:
- Option to introduce your organization and the keynote speaker
- Including recognition for your organization name in the sponsor partnership section of the event program.
- Option to attend a private dinner with the keynote speaker and a few select members of the Planning Committee.
Youth/Elder Involvement
The Alaska Forum on the Environment is currently working to gather funding support to expand Alaska Youth and Elders involvement within the scope of the event. Publications
A major cost for our event is printing of our program materials and event posters. Three opportunities are available in this category at $5000 each which includes:
- Recognition will be provided on the inside cover of the program and on printed materials,
- Including recognition for your organization name in the sponsor partnership section of the event program.
Coffee/Beverage Area
There are 10 opportunities in this category for day sponsorship of coffee, tea, and snacks. This opportunity is offered for $1,250 per day and includes:
- Posting your organizations name and logo at the refreshment table,
- Including recognition for your organization name in the sponsor partnership section of the event program.
Door Prizes
Door prizes provide a wonderful marketing opportunity for your organization. Prizes are awarded at key times of the event to help sustain timely attendance during morning and evening events. Your donations will be recognized at the event during a keynote or breakout session. Items donated in value excess of $1,000 will also include recognition in the sponsor partnership section of the event program.
