Exhibitor and Vendor Information

The Alaska Forum on the Environment is proud to offer an opportunity for business, organizations and agencies to Exhibit on February 11-13, 2008. To register as an exhibitor you must complete the form provided in our exhibitor packet. Download our exhibitor packet by clicking here (requires Adobe Acrobat, see image link below).

Exhibit Space is limited and booths are reserved on a first come, first serve basis upon approval from the conference planning committee.  The committee reserves the right to refuse any vendor it determines is not appropriate for the conference.  Reference the exhibition layout included in the exhibitor packet to indicate your preference in booth location on the enclosed registration form.  Payment must accompany this application before a reservation can be made.  After completing the enclosed application, please send it with payment to:

Investment to Exhibit:

The cost per exhibit booth is $475 for Commercial/Government or $150 for Non-Profit organizations.  Exhibit space is free for our Platinum Leadership Partners. Exhibit spaces are 8-by-10 feet and include:

• Pipe and drape with 8-foot back wall and 3-foot sidewalls.
• One 6-foot display table with white vinyl topping and blue skirting
• Two chairs
• One small wastebasket
• One booth sign with up to 2 lines of print (20 characters per line)
• One fire extinguisher
• One lunch ticket for one keynote luncheon session during the conference
  
  

Deadline – January 19, 2008: We encourage exhibitors to register as soon as possible and no later than January 19, 2008.

Booths are not automatically equipped with electricity or Internet access. Electricity may be ordered from the decorating company.  Internet connections may be ordered directly from the Egan Center. Details on ordering electricity and other services will be mailed to exhibitors after their registration is received.
